As described and a very nice stay.

My wife loved this stay, very charming. Except for the drag races on Friday night, we couldn’t have been happier.

The host was super communicative and we really enjoyed staying there. I was bummed we didn't encounter any ghost, however... :) No, seriously, if you're on the fence about staying here, definitely do it. Tiny (manageable) caveat: we stayed on the weekend, and Central Avenue, by its very nature, can be loud on weekend nights--we sleep with earbuds, so not a big deal, but just be aware that it can get a bit loud if the windows are open. The charm of the place far outweighed this minor blip.

Very clean, convenient to all the fun things to see and do downtown, lots of delicious food options without driving. The host is awesome, responds quickly and very accommodating. Loved it!
